Faculty and staff are mourning the passing of Roy W. Menninger, MD, a central figure in The Clinic's history. Dr. Roy, as he was called, served as chief executive officer of Menninger, chair of the Board of Trustees, psychiatrist, and educator. Beyond the campus, this Renaissance man was a community leader, mental health advocate, cellist, stamp collector, lover of Samuel Johnson, and devoted history buff.
