Josh studied Communication and Political Science while playing soccer at Adrian College.?He also earned his Master’s in Communication Research at Michigan State University. As a life-long learner, Josh has also completed a Private Equity program with Wharton, a Sales leadership program with Kellogg School of Management, and a market research-specific program with the University of Georgia (earning his IPC). Josh began his career with Martec as a market analyst and worked his way up from senior analyst, to project manager, and now vice president. He loves adventuring outdoors and staying active. In 1990, Rick joined The Martec Group. Around the same time, he also pursued a Master’s in Finance from the University of Michigan. Outside of Martec, Rick enjoys playing squash, sailing, landscaping and gardening, and traveling. Although he appreciates the diverse biomes of New Zealand, his favorite place is Torch Lake, Michigan. He has been married for 30 years and is a proud father of three children.
