  • Most case studies don’t fail because of bad results. They fail because they aren’t built for how buyers actually think. Here’s what works now: ??♀? Get specific. “We helped them improve efficiency” is forgettable. “We cut invoice processing from 20 hours to 2” is compelling. ??♀? Address fear. Buyers don’t just want to win—they want to avoid making the wrong decision. Show them it’s safe to move forward. ??♀? Make it easy to share. The end user isn’t always the decision-maker. Give them the tools to sell your solution internally. If your case studies aren’t closing deals, they’re just taking up space. Time to rethink them. ?? Use real numbers. 20% growth means nothing unless buyers understand how it happened. ? Experiment with format.
