Manhattan Behavioral Center (MBC) is hiring a Director of Behavior Management for a full-time, center-based position in New York, NY (124 W 95th Street). The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. You will collaborate with the Senior Clinical Director, oversee key clinical operations, manage the on-call crisis team, and provide hands-on crisis support. We’re looking for a BCBA/NYS LBA with 5+ years of clinical experience, including 2+ years in a management role. Salary: $90,000-$100,000, plus 100% employee-sponsored medical insurance and generous PTO.
