The M&K Consulting Group provides consulting services to Career and Technical Schools, K-12 Schools and Higher Ed. Our goal is to maximize schools performance by providing expertise in a variety of ways. We help schools, school districts, and organizations create and implement strategic and operational plans that are rooted in evidence of impact and use cycles of improvement to support agile and intentional action steps. This process is built on the foundation of honoring the values of an organization while carrying out the mission by continuously leveraging and developing the strengths of staff members and/or students as they collectively move toward the common vision. In addition, we design and facilitate professional development activities that serve to grow each specific client. Our 45+ years in leadership and coaching positions gives us experience in generating and facilitating relevant professional development opportunities to assist schools as they work to carry out the action steps embedded in strategic/school improvement plans that support hitting stated goals and objectives. It is in true collaboration, co-construction of products/practices, and building the capacity and success of others. We offer a multifaceted approach to working with CTC Directors, Professional Staff and Joint Operating Committees. We have represented Career and Technical Education on the national level holding leadership roles with National Organizations including ACTE, PA-ACTE & PACTA.
