? Engagement
Our Engagement Center is the recognized point-of-entry facility for the homeless in our community. The program focuses on activities which build trusting relationships and encourage participants to explore making behavioral change.
? Supportive Housing
Our supportive housing model gives our clients the time they need to address the issues that led to their homelessness and gives them the tools needed to break the cycle of homelessness.
? Job Training & Placement
Our Job Training and Placement Program addresses the need for homeless men and women to regain economic self-sufficiency. The program assists clients in finding and maintaining employment by offering job training, placement and education programs.

The number of severely rent-burdened households continues to rise. Rent-burdened households are those who pay more than 30% of their income on rent and utilities. Severely rent-burdened households pay more than 50% of their income to rent and utilities. High rent burdens contribute to housing instability and prevent people from building savings for emergency use. Ultimately, these households are highly susceptible to homelessness.

Women experiencing homelessness are more likely to endure gender-based violence including domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, human trafficking, and sexual assault. During this Women's History Month, we honor the strength and resilience of women who have faced homelessness and transformed their lives. Our Women's Services program includes the Burckle Campus, a transitional housing program tailored to women working to regain stability and achieve independence.
