? Bringing Pediatric Touch Therapy to Stanford Medicine & Lucile Packard Children's Hospital! The Liddle Kidz? Collaborating with Stanford leaders to implement a sustainable, hospital-based pediatric touch therapy Program. ? Training and certifying Stanford’s dedicated medical professionals to integrate pediatric touch therapy into patient care. ? Presenting research on the benefits of pediatric massage for children with complex medical conditions. ? Designing research studies to demonstrate its impact in hospital settings. • Today, November 20, we celebrate World Children’s Day, a global initiative dedicated to promoting children’s rights, well-being, and equality. This special day not only commemorates the 1959 Declaration of the Rights of the Child but also honors the 100th anniversary of the 1924 Geneva Declaration, which first recognized children’s need for special protection. These milestones remind us of the shared responsibility to nurture and protect every child. At Liddle Kidz? Foundation, we proudly advocate for children's rights through our global pediatric massage therapy and children's development programs, impacting tens of thousands of children around the globe. We champion key principles like access to health, education, love, and protection, inspired by the Declaration’s vision of understanding, equality, and opportunity for all children. Together, let’s ensure every child can grow, thrive, and contribute to a better future. ?? LiddleKidz.org https://lnkd.in/gQ8qT8HP /// The 1924 Geneva Declaration and Its Author, Eglantyne Jebb /// How different the world could be, Jebb thought, if all individual children, everywhere, were party to the same universal human rights. Within days, she had drafted a simple statement of children’s human rights, which she then shepherded through the League of Nations. In 1924, after considerable debate, Jebb’s pioneering statement was adopted as the Geneva Declaration on the Rights of the Child. It has since evolved into the UN Convention, the most universally accepted legally binding human rights instrument in history. #worldchildrensday?#everychildmatters?#childrensrights?#liddlekidzfoundation?#declarationofgeneva100?#aworkofheart?#liddlekidz
