Karen Landale, Deputy Director of Contracting at Hanscom Air Force Base. Col Karen Landale shared her inspiring journey at the Lexington Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Business event. As the first representative from Hanscom AFB to speak, Landale reflected on her 22-year career, her humble beginnings, and the impact of female mentors in the military. “The progress I’ve seen for women in the Department of Defense is incredible,” she said.
