Submit Your Proposal - Conference Papers Published by Springer! Join The Learning Ideas Conference 2025 to share your innovative ideas in workplace learning and higher education! This hybrid event gathers the international community to discuss cutting-edge research, practical solutions, and innovations in learning and technology for both the workplace and higher education. While paper submission is not required for conference presenters, accepted papers will be included in the official conference proceedings published by Springer. The proceedings book is planned to be indexed by SCOPUS, DBLP, EI Compendex, INSPEC, WTI Frankfurt eG, zbMATH, Japanese Science and Technology Agency (JST), and SCImago, and submitted for consideration in Web of Science. Accepted papers will also be eligible for expansion into a journal article submission for iJAC, the International Journal of Advanced Corporate Learning.
