Lawson team members had a blast volunteering at the 15th Annual Cool School Challenge! Local schools came together to support the Special Olympics Polar Plunge, surpassing their goal and raising an incredible amount for this amazing cause! Top fundraising schools celebrated with a dance party in a heated tent, complete with snacks, pizza, and games! A huge shoutout to Craig Moeller from 13News Now (WVEC) for being an awesome MC! Exciting leasing milestone at The Landing at Mason's Bridge (LAMB)! Read about what Property Manager, Jahmee Marshall, said about this noteworthy leasing achievement: "Leasing LAMB has been a rewarding process, and I’m proud of the success we’ve had in securing residents for the property. A key factor in getting it leased was our strategic marketing approach, which included targeted outreach, community engagement, and personalized tours that showcased LAMB’s unique features. Additionally, fostering strong relationships with potential tenants and understanding their needs played a significant role in securing leases. "Currently, two buildings are fully leased, with a third building anticipated to be leased within the upcoming week. Each building boasts more than 32 units. This is not to take away from the other five buildings that are actively being pre-leased or have secured move-in as well. In total, LAMB consists of eight buildings with a total of 342 units." "One of my favorite things about LAMB is its modern amenities combined with a welcoming community atmosphere that would rival that of conventional housing.
