Attorney - bankruptcy and collaborative family law practice. I have practiced consumer bankruptcy law since 1996. Prior to graduating from the SMU School of Law, I was a CPA for several Fortune 500 Companies. I am currently a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and licensed to practice in the Northern and Eastern District Federal Courts. I also represent the Chapter 13 Trustee in the Eastern District of Texas in business bankruptcy cases. I have the expertise to handle your case whether you live in Dallas, Denton, Collin, or the surrounding counties. Each district is different and has very distinct rules. Not all attorneys are competent to represent clients in both districts - we are! I am married and the father of three wonderful girls. My off hours are taken up with youth basketball, reading, and spending time with my family. As a married father, I understand that life doesn't always throw us nice soft lobs across the plate. Things happen fast - unemployment, divorce, unexpected illnesses - any and all of which can throw an individual or family into a tailspin of debt from which they need help recovering.
