关于我们
The Law Office of Aubrey Carew Sizer is a Northern Virginia Estate and Elder Law Office that: Provides customized and affordable ESTATE PLANNING services, including wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. Assists clients with their LONG-TERM CARE PLANNING needs by pursuing alternatives to nursing homes, and where that is not possible, by helping to alleviate the overwhelming burden of placing a loved one in a facility by protecting the client's life savings against the catastrophic cost of skilled nursing home level care. Helps clients avoid GUARDIANSHIP and CONSERVATORSHIP proceedings through proper estate planning, but when that has not been done, we help families pursue the legal authority to manage the care needs of their incompetent loved one(s). Provides SPECIAL NEEDS PLANNING for disabled individuals by helping them to obtain health insurance and other assistance by qualifying for Medicaid and other life-giving government programs based on their financial need. We also help clients properly plan and provide for disabled loved ones under the terms of their own wills and trusts. Advises executors and administrators of estates with respect to post-mortem planning and the local PROBATE, ESTATE and TRUST ADMINISTRATION process in Virginia. Provides GENERAL AGING and DISABILITY ADVICE while connecting clients with local resources in aging and disability matters throughout Northern Virginia. Our goal is to provide holistic guidance and legal support as it pertains to estates, disability, illness, and the aging process.

With essential documents like a power of attorney and advance health care directive, you can ensure your choices are respected, even if illness strikes.
