We were thrilled to host Ryan Lochte, the 12-time Olympic medalist, at our club this past Wednesday! It was a fantastic experience for everyone who had the opportunity to learn from him. Ryan’s impressive achievements include a total of 90 medals in major international competitions—54 gold, 22 silver, and 14 bronze—across multiple Olympics. He also holds world records in both the 200-meter individual medley (long course and short course). We are so grateful for the memorable experience and insightful moments we got to share with Ryan! ??♂? ??
