关于我们
The Ladipo Group builds healthier workplaces, communities, and relationships through seminars, workshops, and coaching for organizations and individuals. Creating an inclusive and comfortable working environment is no longer a luxury but a necessity for companies who want to attract and retain talent and also thrive in today’s marketplace. Established in 2004 The Ladipo Group is a MBE certified company that has worked with clients such as Campbell’s Soup Company, Philadelphia Works (a regional workforce company), The City of Philadelphia, Villanova University, and Resources for Human Development, an organization with locations in 15 states throughout the country. To companies committed to diversity and inclusion The Ladipo Group provides engaging ways for people to have difficult conversations. We train and coach people on how to work with those who are different than they are. One of our biggest strengths as a company is getting people to have uncomfortable but necessary conversations without people feeling badly about themselves. Grounded in our foundation of working with the Black and African-American communities we are a company that is redefining strategies to promote emotional wellness for people of color in both personal and professional relationships. Our company is unique in our expertise of people’s motivations and behaviors. Our team is comprised of Master’s and Ph.D. level trainers, facilitators, and coaches.
