This site was started by two friends who work in the biotechnology industry when they realized there were not a lot of good sites with information for biotech and pharmaceutical sciences. You see "Nobody works here..." on some of the pages since this is not a full time job. All money that the main webmaster makes goes towards his daughter's college fund. They have a good database of resumes and other features for managing HR as your business grows.
