For the CUCM family, v12.5 and even v14 are fast approaching the end of their life, with v15 available for download just before Christmas. For the Webex suite, Cisco continues to put in the work on a great set of features and functions, and the development opportunity seems endless - UCaaS has long since arrived, and Cisco is not messing around.
