National Exam Scores Are Out & Spoiler Alert ~ ???????????? ???????????????? ?????????? ????????????! ?? We're beyond thrilled to celebrate our 2024 Senior 6 scholars and their incredible achievements! Here's what they've accomplished: ?? 23 scholars completed Senior 6 ?? 91% (21 out of 23) scored “???????? ????????” or “??????????????????”—the top two grades! ? 100% passed their national exams! ?????????? ?????????????????????????????? ?????????????? ?????????? ???????? ????????, ????????????????????, ?????? ??????????????????????????. When they entered FAWE Girls Board School in 2021, during the peak of the pandemic, they faced many challenges, including: -Social distancing - Worrying about their families - Psycho-social struggles that come with being away from home for the first time But through it all, ???????? ?????????????????? ???????? ?????????? and leaned on Komera mentors and team members to learn the skills and tools needed to overcome every obstacle. Now, they're ready for the next chapter! CONGRATULATIONS TO SOLANGE, a University Komera Scholar and Accounting Student at UNILAK, for taking up a leadership position as an Accountant on Campus! Solange became a Komera scholal in 2017. She comes from a vulnerable family led by a single mother with disabled siblings. Maintaining family needs was a challenge. At first, Solange lacked self-confidence and she was so shy that studying in public was too difficult. Through Komera holistic Empowerment Leadership Camps, Solange is never the same. She testifies that, "Leadership is not born as I used to think! Everyone through hard-working and self-confidence can be a leader. I used these tools to compete [against] many other contestants and got good grades! I believe that through hard working, self-belief and confidence, I will reach even far.
