Phil’s collaborative approach and dedication to serving the customer are evident in the strong team environments he creates, grounded in character and values. Outside of work, Phil enjoys quality time with his wife and two daughters, traveling, playing basketball, and cheering on his favorite Indiana sports teams. This past month has been incredibly difficult for? many people, including our employees, couples and vendors across the globe. When Hurricane Helene impacted six U.S. states, we understood it would be disastrous, but the scale of the destruction was beyond what anyone could have imagined. At the same time, communities in Mexico were grappling with the effects of Hurricane John, and now, Florida is facing further devastation resulting from Hurricane Milton. In response, we have been reaching out to support couples and vendors affected, while also contributing to organizations like the SEARCH Foundation, which helps event professionals during crises, along with the Florida Disaster Fund (https://lnkd.in/e8f4BtZ6) and the North Carolina Disaster Relief Fund (https://lnkd.in/ef6CKmae). The road to recovery will be long, but we remain committed to standing by our communities throughout the process.
