I am so excited about Generation NOW’s 2nd Cohort Class for our program ADVANCE! Advance is a 12 week intensive training program for young professional black women. We offer a mix of Soft Skills, Leadership Skills, Financial Literacy, and Homeownership. We have had over 131 women apply for the 2nd Class. We have interviewed over 45 women in the pass month for this role program. I am overwhelmed with how much support the program has received from local employers. Huge thank you to P&G, Fifth Third Bank, United Way, Greater Cincinnati Foundation, and Hallie Foundation for fully supporting the program. I’m excited to see the next class of women impact.
