We’re thrilled to celebrate the topping-out of the MUSC Health Clements Ferry Pavilion in Charleston, SC! This topping-out marks a step toward completing this 80,000 SF, state of the art medical office building designed to bring accessible, high-quality care to the community. Set to open in late 2025, the pavilion will offer a wide range of services, including primary care, cardiology, oncology, imaging, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and more. Today, we honor Tina Sherrill and her remarkable 30-year journey with The Keith Corporation. Since joining us in 1994, Tina has done much more than manage properties and oversee portfolios (although she does that exceptionally well). She’s become a true cornerstone of TKC—someone who brings an incredible work ethic, expertise, and warmth that touches everyone she encounters.   From managing and mentoring teams across our diverse property management portfolio to creating industry-leading best practices for high-rise properties like Morrison Yard Office, Tina has an unyielding drive to set high standards. She leads with knowledge, kindness, patience, compassion, and a commitment to supporting others. According to one of her direct reports, “She teaches, not just orders. She makes sure to reassure us if we make a mistake but pushes us to be better.” Tina listens deeply, promotes growth, and is always just a phone call away—even when she’s across the country.   As Greg Keith, Chairman and CEO of The Keith Corporation, puts it: “Tina exemplifies the kind of leadership, excellence, and dedication that are at the foundation of TKC.
