??? Shoutout to our master RDN students from The University of Arizona, for whipping up a delicious and healthy meal for our staff meeting! We enjoyed a savory caprese salad paired with ciabatta bread, along with a vibrant arugula salad featuring juicy tomatoes and crisp cucumbers. To top it all off, we sipped on a revitalizing fresh juice made with ginger, mint, celery, and kale. Thanks for keeping us nourished and energized! ??
