Our management team traveled to Odessa, Texas to gather with the I&E Field Services team to reflect on the incredible year we’ve had, celebrate TIGA’s successes in Safety Excellence of zero recordables or loss time away, and look ahead to the future.   This year has been filled with growth! Whether big or small, every milestone we’ve reached is a testament to the dedication, teamwork, and resilience of everyone here. Each individual contributes something unique and invaluable; our diversity of talent and perspective makes us strong.   Vy Broussard, HR/HSE Business Partner, along with Senior Management are thankful for everyone’s contributions and tenacity. 🌟 Intern Spotlight: Colby Desselles🌟 Colby chose to intern at TIGA because of the exciting growth in the engineering field and the opportunity to work on projects across various industries, particularly in renewable energy. "TIGA offered a chance to explore the areas I was most passionate about," he shared. During his internship, Colby gained valuable knowledge in the SCADA field, discovering the wide range of applications that benefit both TIGA and its clients. "My favorite part was how supportive and friendly everyone was," Colby said. "Even though I worked on a 'solo' project, I always felt like I had the team behind me when I needed help." We're proud of Colby and the contributions he made during his time at TIGA!

🌟 Intern Spotlight: Luke LeBlanc 🌟 Luke joined TIGA to gain hands-on experience with large-scale projects in the SCADA, automation, and network infrastructure industry while still pursuing his degree. "This internship offered a unique opportunity to learn directly from industry professionals," he shared. During his time at TIGA, Luke gained in-depth experience working with SCADA platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and designing user interfaces. He collaborated closely with the infrastructure and automation teams, gaining practical insights into operational efficiency. "My favorite part was working directly with the SCADA infrastructure and seeing how critical our systems are to daily operations," he said, appreciating the chance to learn from a supportive and diverse team.

🌟 Intern Spotlight: Mason Melancon🌟 Mason joined TIGA to gain real-world experience in a professional setting aligned with his degree. "I knew this internship would help prepare me for my career by giving me valuable hands-on experience before graduation," he shared. During his time at TIGA, Mason gained experience with SCADA, Ignition Perspective, structured metadata, and team projects. They also contributed by creating screens and writing scripts. "My favorite part was connecting with the team and feeling like my contributions made a difference," he said, emphasizing TIGA's supportive, family-like environment. We're proud of Mason and excited for his bright future!
