Hana Safah, MD, performed an autologous bone marrow transplant on Wednesday, January 22, marking a significant milestone for Our Lady of the Lake Cancer Institute’s newest Heme-Malignancy Cell Therapy Program. We are thrilled to announce that HPA Exchange, LLC, an affiliate of Healthcare Property Advisors (HPA), and The Innovation Institute portfolio company has closed its acquisition of a free-standing Dignity Health micro-hospital in Arizona. Just 8 miles southwest of Phoenix, this 38,900 sq. ft. property includes a 24/7 ED, 16 patient beds, 10 ER room beds, full Radiology suite, pharmacy, and a cafeteria. HPA launched?HPA Exchange LLC?earlier this year to bring institutional medical real estate investments to accredited investors.
