TIP is Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer- Hybrid A leading company is seeking a "Senior Graphic Designer" to drive visual identity and creative execution across all marketing channels. This role involves delivering high-quality designs while ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, social media, and multimedia platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of the brand’s visual identity across all platforms. - Design and maintain website visuals, banners, and UI elements to enhance user experience. - Produce graphics, 2D animations, and video content for digital channels (META, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). - Create high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B test variations for digital campaigns. - Oversee external design contractors to ensure quality control and brand alignment. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver impactful design solutions. - Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design with a proven portfolio in branding, digital, and multimedia content. - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or similar tools. - Strong 2D animation and video editing skills. - Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices in web design. - Experience managing social media content and understanding performance analytics is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. - Familiarity with AI design tools and Blender is an advantage.
