We’ve been around for a while (don’t ask our age ??), but we’re just getting started. THE ICONIC has redefined the future of retail in Australia and New Zealand, and we plan to redefine the future a few more times, too. That’s where you come in, by helping us continue to grow the leading fashion, sports and lifestyle e-commerce destination in the region. Our team helps provide a seamless and inspiring experience, setting the standard for customer service, delivery options, return policies and curation of brands. Our purpose is to 'Create a better way for People to shop'. There are over 1000 ICONITES across our Hubs in Sydney CBD, Alexandria and South West Sydney (which hosts our HUGE Fulfilment Centre!). We are growing fast.... and always looking for great talent to join us!

    ...now delivering 50% faster to Melbourne! For all our Melbourne metro customers, we are excited to announce free standard delivery time has been reduced to 1-2 days, a significant improvement from the previous 4 day delivery time. Melbourne and Brisbane metro customers now also have the option of Twilight Delivery, a paid service allowing customers to shop between 5pm and 8am for delivery between 6pm-10pm the following or same day. Not only are we faster, but we are also significantly reducing reliance on air-freight, aligning with our focus on providing low emissions delivery options. Rostin Javadi, Chief Operations Officer at THE ICONIC said "I am thrilled to announce our improved delivery services in Melbourne. By reducing standard delivery time by 50% and introducing options like Twilight Delivery, we are setting new standards in e-commerce and also prioritsing our Melbourne customer, who until now hasn't had access to our same and next day services. We are looking forward to expanding faster delivery options to other markets across Australia."     THE ICONIC ‘Got You Looking’... And now that we have your attention, how do we ‘Keep More Of Australia Looking’? Simple: by giving our customers the opportunity to have a moment of fame, styling their own ICONIC looks inside a box the size of a banner ad, which we then live streamed across the internet. Yesterday, THE ICONIC hosted a pop-up activation in Sydney’s CBD, presenting over 50+ customers with a diverse wardrobe full of bold, fun, statement pieces to style - shoppable via our custom Got You Looking Edit -https://lnkd.in/gz8tANYS . Ready for action, each person had 10 seconds to jump into a banner ad and strike a pose as they were streamed LIVE for Australia to see.     THE ICONIC’s Tech & Product Hackathon took place this week and it was a remarkable showcase of innovation, with impressive solutions emerging in just 48 hours ?? Our talented ICONITES came together to innovate, collaborate, and push the boundaries of what's possible. They tackled real customer problems and developed cutting-edge solutions, some of which have already been deployed to production and underpin our commitment towards creating a better way for people to shop. With a strong focus on AI, these ideas highlighted the remarkable potential of technology in our industry. From groundbreaking customer-facing features to creative internal process improvements, the ideas presented were nothing short of extraordinary. These accolades are a testament to the passion, dedication, and energy our incredible team has poured into innovating and enhancing the shopping experience over the past year.     To recognise International Women’s Day at THE ICONIC, we brought our ICONITES together for a meaningful conversation between Joanna Robinson, our Chief Marketing Officer and Brianna Cattanach, Allianz’s National Manager of Mental Health Strategy and Delivery.     Hot off the Press! We are proud to share that our marketing maestro, Joanna Robinson has landed a spot on the prestigious B&T CMO Power List 2025!     Life at THE ICONIC is never dull, and this week we certainly have been busy! Whilst our new Masterbrand campaign has got everyone looking, we have also had some exciting business and trade moments highlighted in media. Firstly, a big thank you to Inside Retail Australia for featuring a deep-dive with our CEO Jere Calmes in the latest edition of the Inside Retail magazine. The interview delves into our OWMS transition, Platform Business strategy and more, and more, showcasing how THE ICONIC is innovating and supporting other brands to succeed both on and off our platform. We are also very proud to announce that our CMO, Joanna Robinson, has been recognised in the Inside Retail Top 50 People in E-Commerce 2025 report. Congratulations, Jo, on this well-deserved honour! Meanwhile, in Melbourne last night, we celebrated with the best in the Australian retail industry at the Inside Retail Retailer's Awards where THE ICONIC was listed as a finalist in the 'CX Innovator of the Year' category. Our submission spotlighted how we are leveraging AI to power search and discovery, with the introduction of Multi-Modal Search (MMS). Whilst we missed out on the win, we are proud of the continuous innovation driven by our team. Huge congratulations to all the finalists and winners! All this work has filled us with pride for what it means to be an ICONITE. It’s time for some much-deserved TLC with a Friday afternoon pick-me-up of scrolling for a 3-hour delivery.

Developed in collaboration with Dentsu Creative and Love Media, we promise to capture even more attention with the campaign's bold and unforgettable visuals. (Pasta-shaped shoelaces and ballgowns on treadmills anyone?) Building on the success of last year's transformative brand platform, which has seen brand awareness boosted by 34%, we're thrilled to bring Got You Looking back brighter and bolder in 2025. We are also very proud to have joined Dylan Alcott AO Shift 20 Initiative which is on a mission to increase representation of people with disabilities in advertising campaigns. We will be working with Shift 20 to further solidfy our commitment to diversity and inclusion, putting our voice and influence as a brand behind this important mission.
