We provide an affordable housing rental program through our Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties and through a Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance program. HAE also administers a Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) program to our clients.

HAE RECAP: On August 5th, Officer Henke of the Elgin Police Department, in collaboration with the Resident Association, hosted a fantastic Resident Appreciation event at Central Park Towers! The day was filled with fun and community spirit, featuring 13 amazing community partners and vendors, exciting Bingo games with prizes, and even a visit from Chance, the beloved therapy dog! We were also honored to have a special appearance from the Mayor of Elgin, adding to the day's memorable moments.
