The Honey Mag

Founded in 2020 by Breia Gore, THE HONEY MAG is an independent and volunteer-run publishing platform housing several literary projects meant to promote creativity and voice within a diverse and empowered literary community. We like to publish sweet drops of poetry, personhood, and politics. GOLDEN SPACE is our online poetry journal published in themed digital issues on the first of every month. HONEY POT is where we publish columns, editorials, op-eds, personal essays, profiles/interviews, reviews, and more (anything that isn’t poetry) within our three categories of activism & politics, culture & entertainment, and sex, love, & health. SWEET SPOT is our poetry chapbook press. We publish three poetry chapbooks of twenty-five - forty pages per year (in April, August, and December) with a limited run of 100x copies through our annual poetry contest that ends on Valentine's Day of each year.
