Volodymyr Shnitsar joins the team as Technical Director, overseeing compounding, R & D, quality and new product development. Volodymyr brings to Home Rubber 10 years’ experience as a polymer chemist and 13 years’ experience as a research Chemist having earned his PHD. He has worked both in Eastern Europe, Canada and the US for custom mixers, molders and flooring manufacturers. His role at Home Rubber recognizes his accomplishments and elevates him to senior management level responsibilities as he joins the group charged with propelling Home Rubber to new markets and to new heights. Along with Mr. Shnitsar, Home Rubber welcomes Byron Fortson in the role of National Sales Manager. Byron brings with him a wealth of industrial hose experience from both the distribution side of the business along with the manufacturing background. Having grown up in the gulf region and later accepting territorial responsibilities in the Southwest, the West and Canada, Byron has the knowledge, the drive and the experience to deliver the Home Rubber promise of technical expertise, problem solving, individualized product customization and fast turnaround, to expand and deepen markets for Home Rubber. His years of experience exceed 39 years, making him ideal for Home Rubber’s top sales position. Following two years of intensive strategic planning, Home Rubber is on the precipice of significant changes and a substantial growth trajectory. Keep an eye out for future announcements over the next few months, as the company unfolds changes to its infrastructure and to its markets, led in part by these two gentlemen.
