Population growth isn’t just a number—it’s a lifeline for economic vitality. More residents mean a Bigger Workforce, increased demand for housing, and a boost to local businesses, all of which could ripple across the region. After years of losing ground, southeast Wisconsin might finally be turning a corner. As southeast Wisconsin stands at this pivotal moment of growth, the timing couldn’t be better for meaningful policy action. Over the next several months, state lawmakers will review a series of TIF reform bills that could supercharge workforce housing development across Wisconsin.
