During this #WomensHistoryMonth, we are thrilled to highlight?Alice Hillman, wife of our company's founder?Max Hillman, as she?played an integral role?in our?company's history! Alice met Max in the early 1940s and the two married in 1944. Three children and 20 years of marriage later, Alice and Max took an entrepreneurial risk and incorporated Hillman Bolt & Screw — the beginning of something incredible. Alice managed the books and finances, performed administrative duties, and served as a practical sounding board for Max's entrepreneurial dreams. She was a fixture at the front desk, working long hours to grow the business and expand Hillman's market reach, and was the face of the company for 27 years.??Alice officially retired in 1991. We are proud to share Alice's story and are grateful for her hard work. As we honor her legacy, let’s take time to celebrate all the women in our history who have inspired and empowered us. #WomensHistoryMonth #BuiltHillmanStrong

Last week, our executive leadership team (ELT) was in Kansas City for their annual strategy meeting, an opportunity to set strategic priorities and align on key objectives for the future of our company. While there, they also took the opportunity to tour our Kansas City distribution center, with DC Manager Connie Helus walking them through the site, highlighting key wins and opportunities. On Wednesday, the entire Hillman team gathered virtually and in-person for our quarterly Town Hall. Presentations from leadership reviewed 2024 performance and set exciting goals for 2025, giving us a clear vision for the future. Several individuals and teams were recognized with Value Awards for their outstanding contributions to Hillman's goals and values.
