It was the realization of a vision, one rooted in the future of Meadville, Crawford County, the Commonwealth, and beyond. This vision isn’t about walls and classrooms. It’s about supporting one of our country’s most vital sectors, manufacturing, through innovative, industry-aligned education. As Byron Rich, the visionary behind ALIC, shared: “We didn’t come in with a plan. We came in with curiosity. We started by asking questions and listening. What’s emerged is a center built by you and for you.
