As Suicide Prevention Month comes to a close, we want to thank everyone who helped spread awareness and support throughout September. Special shout-out to our Director of Suicide Care Initiatives, Tiffany Bittner, who appeared on KPRC to remind those struggling that they are not alone. Tiffany discussed resources such as the 988 program and cleared up common mental health misconceptions. Let's continue working together to support mental health year-round. If you are struggling, call or text 988 to be connected with a counselor. You can also call The Harris Center's 24/7 Crisis & Access Line at 713-970-7000.
