GOLDIE SCHOLAR SPOTLIGHT: Schola Chioma Eburuoh Schola is pursuing a Master’s at Harvard Business School, specializing in Design Studies with a focus on Real Estate and Affordable Housing. With a background in architecture, Schola leverages design strategic thinking to address social housing challenges and drive equitable development. Her Nigerian heritage fuels her commitment to creating impactful solutions. Internationally, she worked with World Heritage USA on projects in Hyderabad, India, enhancing cultural heritage through innovative design. At Prestigious Homes in Lagos, Nigeria, Schola contributed to large-scale residential projects, showcasing her interests in global real estate. Her experience at Gensler further honed her strategic design skills. As a licensed real estate agent in Philadelphia and a student mentor, Schola shares her knowledge through online platforms, engaging a wider audience. Her involvement with Habitat for Humanity reflects her dedication to accessible homeownership. Schola earned a BS in Architecture from Catholic University of America. Catherine (Kate) Moylan Mini Joins The Goldie Initiative Staff! Kate Mini is the Managing Director of The Goldie Initiative. In her new role she focuses on business operations, fundraising and governance responsibilities. Previously she served as a senior consultant to Akrete: Business, Articulated Communications, and also worked at Morningstar. She is the founder of Moylan Global Services, a boutique consulting firm that helped globally facing clients, including real estate associations, foundations, and civic groups, develop organizational capacity and define and deliver global business strategies.
