We are thrilled to welcome Deborah Thomas as our new Chief Human Resources Officer! Deborah comes to Goddard with three decades of experience in HR leadership positions across a broad spectrum of industries. In her new role, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources strategy, including talent management, employee engagement and leadership development. She will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Goddard’s human capital strategy, ensuring the company continues to attract, develop and retain top talent.

The Goddard School of Middleton, WI, is now open! Halloween season is here, and while this time of year is a lot of fun, decorations and costumes can be frightening for young children. In this Psychology Today article, Dr. Kyle Pruett, a member of our Educational Advisory Board, shares how a small dose of Halloween spookiness can help young children develop healthy emotional regulation skills.
