The Glow Initiative

The Glow Initiative is foremost a community of women in the early-stages of their career and young professionals across the globe. TGI is focused on providing two core experiences to its community: mutual learning and mentorship. The Glow Initiative facilitates mutual learning by celebrating women in the early-stages of their career, women who are setting themselves up for long-term success as industry leaders through story-telling: the stories of their accomplishments, of vulnerabilities, of skills they developed as junior professionals and the lessons they are learning along the way. It also provides a unique opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to be mentored not just on launching their own careers, but through front row seats to real-time challenges their mentors face on a daily basis, bringing a more holistic approach to people-development and career-advice. While we can't change "I wish I knew this five years ago" for ourselves, The Glow Initiative is focused on providing leadership opportunities to early-stage professionals drive this level of impact for their mentees.
