Putting Survivors at the Center (PSC) is looking to hire a consultant to support the final project evaluation. The External Evaluator will support the project’s global and local teams in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, and South Sudan to review the project’s goals and outputs, with a focus on documenting the views of the end users of the guidance tools as well as assessing the process utilized to create the guidance. The External Evaluator will report directly to the PSC team at The Global Women's Institute (GWI).
