The AI Action Summit’s purpose is to ensure AI serves society and the public good. Its impact will be felt across governance structures worldwide. How do you see a lack of trust in the moment? In a recent 1:1 facilitation call, a client who had completed our 6-day email course asked: "How will I know there’s a lack of trust when I see it?" It's a great question. A lack of trust often appears in nuanced, observable behaviours - such as : 1. Isolation: A team member sticks to their tasks, hesitating to collaborate or share ideas. 2. Evasiveness: Someone chooses their words too carefully while steering away from important topics. 3. Deflection: When an issue arises, a person deflects responsibility or meets you with defensiveness.
