The 2025 Hospy's - an annual convergence of hospitality teams across Chicago - took place last week in celebration of the hard work and collaboration it takes to truly succeed in this industry. With a maximalized The Matrix theme, you almost can't even tell it's in The Geraghty! Kehoe Designs and BlackOak Technical Productions fused lighting with allure, and as the night went on it became less about whether you took the Red Pill or the Blue Pill - it was about celebrating all the incredible work done across a range of disciplines - including our own Meredith Oliver Cyndi Roppolo Rosenberg and Austin James Repasy who made us proud by winning The Architects nomination! ???? ?? While it's probably not the news you expected, we wanted to let you know that a few weeks ago, we had a truck drive into The Geraghty... ON PURPOSE! The 25,000 square-foot space with 22-foot-high ceilings became the perfect location for a video shoot our Marketing and Sales team did. From the loading dock, through our warehouse, and into the perfectly staged set, it's just another example of our customizable space being tapped for unique and fun opportunities. This Valentine's Day, we want to spread love to our incredible team! ?? Behind the scenes of every event (and sometimes even in front of the camera), they are the ones taking your ideas and making them a reality. We loved filming this reel for a recent campaign, because it brought together nearly every aspect of our business, all within our 265 square foot facility: ?? The Creative team who designed our new truck wrap, and printed it using our 226" x 65" flatbed printer; ?? Our CNC department who cut out the 3-D hearts and covered one in correlating pieces of red acrylic mirror, and Art who painted and layered sparkling paillettes on the other; ?? @BlackOakTech lit up the scene, hosted right here ?? in The Geraghty, after our Logistics team drove the 16-foot truck through our warehouse! ?? 48 feet of red spandex from our Fabric department hung from the rafters, framing the set filled with decor from our Furniture, Vessels, and Silk Floral departments; ?? And of course, our event Producers and Assistants who work to put a smile on your face, whether that's leading up to your event...or simply scrolling social media. When we say we do it all, and we do it everywhere, it really comes down to the "WE" - and here at Kehoe Designs that "we" reaches farther than you might realize.
