ITL Network is for graduates from the Certificate Programs of the Georgetown Institute for Transformational Leadership
关于我们
The ITL Network is the longtime vision of many members of our community -- graduates and faculty. The idea may have first surfaced more than a decade ago, as we began to see the momentum and eagerness for continuing to learn together as a community of practice. Over the past year, a small committee of dedicated graduates, faculty and ITL staff has met regularly to conceptualize realizing this dream. Thanks to this group of dedicated colleagues we have established a dynamic and accessible professional network, known as the ITL Network. Please join us on this journey of connecting, collaborating, learning, and discovering as we work together to awaken, engage, and support the leadership required to create a more sustainable and compassionate world.

We were honored to have Chris Wahl, MCC as our keynote speaker. Her inspiring words resonated deeply with all attendees, leaving a lasting impact on everyone in the room!
Yesterday, I was privileged to keynote at Georgetown University's conference sponsored by their Institute for Transformational Leadership. Keynote topic: "Risking Delight" - a critical topic now, and especially in hard times, which keep visiting all of us. I've been working on 'risking delight' material now for several years~ it's a body of work that is building. I want to thank the ITL for having me be part of their conference and welcoming me back into the Georgetown coaching and leadership community after four years away from the Leadership Coaching Program that I founded. I so appreciate the many who came and listened, engaged, and were touched by my special topic. My work with Georgetown continues...I'm grateful to be a part of the faculty of the ever-expanding and ICF-approved Health and Wellness Coaching program at Georgetown - we are seen as a leader in the health and wellness domain of coaching.

Day two of The Georgetown ITL Network Conference did not disappoint! From sessions addressing the impact of #neuroscience on positivity; to dismantling racism. It was great to be together with classmates from Cohort 31 after so many years: Darcie Slanker Milazzo; Lisa Hope T. (conference chair); Kelly Kienzle; Nici Bush; Magdalena Kusemileva. Pleasantly surprised to run into Chris Baer after more than 22 years, from a previous life chapter.?
