The new Element Hotel by Westin has officially opened its doors as part of the 244 Perimeter Center Parkway mixed-use district!???Developed by The Georgetown Company and our partners, Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. and RocaPoint Partners, this?project transforms a 12-acre site into a hub featuring modern offices, restaurants, and public spaces.??The Element hotel will include two food-and-beverage offerings: a new boutique cocktail lounge concept called?The Spruce Social House, and a first for metro Atlanta,?St?ge?Kitchen &?Bar. Our project, co-developed with Beacon Capital Partners and RocaPoint Partners, is now 90% occupied with the addition of Marketwake, a growth marketing agency that will occupy 17,395 square feet on the top floor. Located near MARTA’s Dunwoody station, Campus 244 features premium amenities, a hotel, and will eventually span 1.3 million square feet across 12 acres. Campus 244’s second phase, which is being developed by our team and RocaPoint Partners, will feature a 300,000-square-foot tech office and life science building. Exciting news for Chicago! The Plan Commission has approved the 37-story mixed-use tower at 1565 N Clybourn Avenue in Near North Side. Developed by The Georgetown Company and designed by bKL Architecture LLC, this $175 million project will feature 396 residential units, 2,500 square feet of retail space, and amenities including a rooftop pool. With 79 affordable units and completion targeted for late 2026, this development will enhance the local skyline and community. The Georgetown Company attended the Campus 244 Ribbon Cutting on June 26, where Governor Brian Kemp, First Lady Marty Kemp, Mayor of Dunwoody Lynn Deutsch, and over three hundred customers, carriers, partners, and employees attended the ceremony as Transportation Insight moved into Campus 244, becoming one of the building’s two anchor office users. ? The new headquarters, located in Dunwoody, Georgia, marks an important milestone in the next phase of growth for Transportation Insight and Nolan Transportation Group.?The building was developed by The Georgetown Company, RocaPoint Partners, and Beacon Capital Partners. RocaPoint Principal Patrick Leonard said, “Campus 244 exemplifies the mixed-use atmosphere companies desire in this new era of collaboration and innovation, and we welcome TI and NTG. Once complete, all Campus 244 employees and visitors will be able to experience restaurants, a hotel, and wellness features right outside their doors.
