The Fresh Connection Boston is a small family owned and operated cultivation facility located in Fitchburg, MA which focuses on small batch, craft cannabis. We grow everything in soil for max terpene profiles and have the largest genetics library in the state of Massachusetts, possibly the East Coast, with over 170+ strains in our seed vault; some of these genetics have been hand selected especially for the Fresh Connection Boston from the breeders themselves. We are perpetually pheno-hunting to keep our menu fresh, and discontinuing strains as we go. Get them while you can! Between our small team of three we have over 70 years of experience in the industry, from growing, to marketing, and everything in between. Being true connoisseur smokers ourselves, we cater our menu to the well-seasoned pallet and aim to have a craft product that is affordable for the everyday smoker. That being said, we offer a pre ground option for the smokers who want convenience. We firmly believe our pre ground option is the best in the state. We are currently looking for more retail partners to get our flowers into the hands of smokers across the state as quickly as possible. The Fresh Connection Boston packages all our A buds in black glass to ensure your herb gets to you as fresh as possible. Does it matter? Do consumers care what their cannabis is packaged in? ????????? Why black glass?? ???? Black glass is opaque and keeps the craft cannabis inside protected from oxygen, light, and the possibility of trichomes being damaged in transport or storage (like in mylar or traditional apple ?? bags (iykyk)). Another plus is you can reuse or recycle them. Plastic containers often (not all, but many) leach a funky plastic smell which we certainly don’t want to be smelling when we check out our herb, let alone smoking ??. Maybe that’s just us ??… We take a little bit of hit on our bottom line, but we think it’s worth it. What are your thoughts on cannabis packaging? You have the super die hard #livingsoil guys who want to say anything grown with nutrients isn’t craft, and I simply disagree. Craft isn’t about just growing one way, it’s about doing what’s right when no one is looking. At The Fresh Connection Boston we grow in soil and are all about #microbes and #soilhealth, but that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate flower grown in other mediums or consider them craft. Craft is in attention to detail, not cutting corners, and understanding the minutiae of cannabis cultivation that only comes from hands in the dirt experience.
