关于我们
The Fractional XO provides fractional XO (Execution Officers) to CEOs of fast-growing companies who have outpaced their current operational resources to the point that it jeopardizes the goals of the company. It is at these critical moments where the CEO most needs someone to trust, someone to move the needle, and someone to partner with them in building for growth. An Executive Officer (XO) is a military term; often a senior officer’s #2. In the business world, an fXO works with CEOs who are frustrated by strained resources, limited business accumen, and not seeing a path forward. The fXO serves in a unique role that functions as both a Chief of Staff and a COO. The fXO’s primary responsibility is to make the CEO's vision and mission a reality. The fXO is an intimately trusted confidant who serves as the CEO’s strategy implementor, resource hunter, and idea generator. Our best clients are CEOs/founders who are driven to innovate, yet value total honesty and respect expertise. They have a bold vision, but it is clouded by realities that they don’t know how to deal with. They need: - A steady unbiased confidant who can effectively turn their vision into reality - often in ways they never knew were possible. - A guide who has walked the road to growth and intimately knows the pitfalls, obstacles, and the paths forward. - A navigator who can resolve the paradox of delegation so that the CEO can alleviate the overwhelming pressure of day-to-day operations. - An experienced operator who can quickly bring excellence, efficiency, and discipline to operations. - An on-call triage team to be resource hunters, idea generators, strategy implementors, thought partners, and problem solvers.
