Before we heard into the holiday, we spent the morning together making care packages with Forum Ally Why Not Prosper for 350 women in the Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center which we will hand out tomorrow. ? Thank you to everyone who donated to our drive, we were able to purchase over $3,000 of goods to distribute in "love bags." Since 2001, Why Not Prosper has supported women in their re-entry from prison to the community. Why Not Prosper provides programing and residential and community services through their Resource Center. ?? If you haven't already please check out all that the organization Why Not Prosper does. After an inspiring morning at our annual Leadership Breakfast we are thrilled to publish our ?Women in Leadership 2024 report?. For over 20 years, The Forum of Executive Women has published the Women in Leadership?report. This is the only report of its kind specific to our region and brings transparency to how public companies in Philadelphia support the advancement of women as leaders. We are grateful to have worked alongside PwC on this important project for the past twelve years.
