Grover's Bar is open seven days a week and is your home for classic cocktail favorites, premium brands, and toasts to Texas in a comfortable atmosphere inside Celina's historic 1912 blacksmith's shop. ?? So, our Pecan Crusted Chicken is a tribute to the pecan's official place in all things Texan. For this Forge Signature Texas Taste, we take a boneless, skinless chicken breast and lightly coat it in chopped pecans and seasoning, then pan sear it for a golden crust and maximum juiciness and flavor. We do steaks a little differently here at The Forge 1912. First, all of our steaks come through the Certified Angus Beef program, which is one of the most selective in the nation. We're the only area restaurant serving steaks that make the grade from this program--only about the top 3% of steaks in the country are Certified Angus Beef. And second, we know most steakhouses serving a steak graded at this level are charging you a la carte for salads and sides.
