When NYS makes it easier for people to vote… they do! During our externships with the New York Civil Liberties Union, Ross and I both came across this encouraging data on how vote-by-mail can increase turnout — and we wanted to make sure more people were aware. Thanks Fordham Law Voting Rights and Democracy Project for giving us a platform!
