I want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on the incredible members of our Finway Family. Over the last three years, we’ve seen so much growth and change, and it’s been truly humbling to witness the heart and dedication you all bring to the table. This week’s Employee Appreciation and holiday celebrations were a beautiful reminder of just how special this team is. I’m thankful, grateful, and honestly overwhelmed with gratitude that so many of our Finway Family could join us for the festivities. From a round of Top Golf to delicious BBQ, heartfelt cards, thoughtful gift exchanges, and a beautiful holiday dinner—each moment was a reflection of the connection and camaraderie that make this team so unique.
