With support from Audible’s business attraction program, Invest Newark, Prudential Financial Foundation, Wells Fargo, New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA), Newark Alliance, and more, ES550 anchors the building with 3 full floors of diverse amenities and workspaces that provides tenants and the surrounding area with the spaces they need to start-up, grow and contract in this post-pandemic environment. Supporting the city’s growing innovation sector with critical amenities is essential to the growth of the Arts and Education District on the Northend.
