Robert Pimentel Riobueno via FerVID provides much needed Petrophysical evaluations for a small operator in the Delaware Basin. This operator sees advantage in bringing in this expertise as needed rather than on full staff basis.     Tuesday Cannonball Business Ecosystems Our signature block contains the words “Business Ecosystems”. What does this mean? The Boston Consulting Group defines it as “….a business ecosystem is a dynamic group of largely independent economic players that create products or services that together constitute a coherent solution.” This idea has been around for hundreds of years (web search for Prato textile industry 14th century) and “Business Ecosystems” is meant to define this in a more succinct way. Our interpretation goes to the idea that a company should “own what differentiates it in the marketplace and to shop out the rest to preferred providers.” FerVID Geoscience and Engineering does just that. We provide work products that a company simply can’t or doesn’t want to provide internally. I’ll share how FerVID does this in practice over the next few Cannonballs.
