We help grow the levels of psychological safety across the world
关于我们
For you to be successful in your team, and 'as a team', psychological safety is the enabler. The Fearless Organization Scan measures psychological safety at unit level on an ongoing basis. The insight that psychological safety is the gateway to success is the result of almost 30 years of research by professor Amy C. Edmondson of Harvard Business School. This research is supported and reinforced by an extensive five-year research program (Project Aristotle) among 15,000 employees done by Google. It turns out that psychological safety, in a specific definition: “a belief that one will not be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns or mistakes” is the single most important factor in driving consistent high-performance. Measure your psychological safety score for free on our website.

Psychological safety is the key to unlocking innovation and collaboration in your team. When team members feel safe to speak up, share ideas, and admit mistakes, organizations thrive. Are you fostering an environment where everyone's voice is heard? #Leadership #PsychologicalSafety #TeamCulture #FearlessOrganizationScan

When teams feel safe to fail intelligently, they are more likely to experiment and innovate. Research by Harvard professor Amy C. Edmondson indicates that this willingness leads to higher retention rates and greater overall success, as employees are empowered to take risks and learn from their experiences. By reframing failure as a stepping stone rather than a setback, organizations can unlock new levels of creativity and problem-solving. However, for this mindset to thrive, psychological safety is essential: team members need to feel safe to take risks and share honest feedback. The Fearless Organization Scan measures this sense of safety across teams, helping leaders understand how open and resilient their team is toward growth-oriented risks. #PsychologicalSafety #Leadership #FearlessOrganization #Innovation #TeamCulture

Personal storytelling fosters trust, deepens connections, and builds open communication within teams. When leaders and team members share their stories, they create an environment where others feel safe to share their own experiences — promoting psychological safety. The Fearless Organization Scan helps leaders assess how psychologically safe their team feels, with insights into areas like ???????? ???????????????????????? and ?????????????????? & ??????????????????. By understanding these dynamics, leaders can create a culture where authentic connections and open dialogue are not just encouraged, but embraced. #PsychologicalSafety #Leadership #FearlessOrganizationScan #TeamCulture #OpenConversation

"Always be closing." This powerful line from Glengarry Glen Ross encapsulates a high-pressure, fear-driven work culture where results are all that matter. Alec Baldwin’s character creates an atmosphere of intimidation and competition, leaving no room for collaboration or learning. While high performance is important, this extreme approach highlights the dangers of leading through fear rather than fostering psychological safety. Teams need a balance—driving results while encouraging open dialogue and supporting growth. How does your leadership style promote both accountability and trust? #TeamCulture #PsychologicalSafety #Leadership

"Did you get the memo?" This classic scene from Office Space shows a dysfunctional workplace where bureaucracy and repetitive communication dominate. The interaction between Peter and his multiple managers reflects a stifling, micro-managed environment where employees feel disengaged and frustrated. It highlights how poor communication and a lack of autonomy can erode psychological safety, leaving team members feeling unheard and undervalued. How do you ensure your team feels empowered and supported, rather than weighed down by unnecessary processes? #PsychologicalSafety #TeamCulture #Leadership
