We help grow the levels of psychological safety across the world

关于我们

For you to be successful in your team, and 'as a team', psychological safety is the enabler. The Fearless Organization Scan measures psychological safety at unit level on an ongoing basis. The insight that psychological safety is the gateway to success is the result of almost 30 years of research by professor Amy C. Edmondson of Harvard Business School. This research is supported and reinforced by an extensive five-year research program (Project Aristotle) among 15,000 employees done by Google. It turns out that psychological safety, in a specific definition: “a belief that one will not be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns or mistakes” is the single most important factor in driving consistent high-performance. Measure your psychological safety score for free on our website.

  • Innovative companies fostering risk-taking: organizations that encourage employees to take calculated risks and learn from failures are practicing the science of failing well. As Amy C. Edmondson, Novartis professor of leadership and management at Harvard Business School, states, "If you don't like taking a risk, you are taking a risk. You're taking the risk of stagnation, or the risk that your company or team will seize to be relevant over time". #PsychologicalSafety #FearlessOrganization #LearningCulture #FailingWell
